Thank you for visiting the Wayne County Law Library website. We are located in the Wayne County Courthouse in Wooster Ohio. The Law Library provides legal research materials for the Wayne County’s Judges and other elected officials, which includes the Wayne County Common Pleas Court, the Wayne County Municipal Court, the Wayne County Juvenile Court and the Wayne County Probate Court. The Law Library is also open to members of the Wayne County Bar Association and is open to the public from 9:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m. except on legal holidays.  Exceptions to regular hours are noted here.
